1. To participate in the 2024 World Youth Festival, you have to be between 15 to 35 years old
2. All countries around the world are eligible to apply.
3. Have never been convicted of a crime.
4. You must not be affiliated with any extremist organization.
5. No IELTS/TOEFL Required
6. Open to students enrolled in high school and to all aspiring innovators beyond high school.
7. Keep in mind that this is a Business Idea competition.
