The 2024 Resilience Fellowship is now in its fifth edition and is part of the GI-TOC’s Resilience Fund. The 2024 Resilience Fellowship supports society, individuals, and organizations addressing the impacts of organized crime. The 2024 Theme is, therefore, “Fragility and Resilience,” focusing on communities in conflict zones.

Benefit
- Each Fellow receives $15,000, which is given in three installments of $5,000 each, for community projects that build resilience in fragile environments.
- Fellows also get to receive training and mentoring on navigating challenges such as cyber threats, physical security risks, and criminal economies.
- There is also a lot of networking and collaboration where Fellows participate in Resilience Dialogues and Resilience Fund Community Platform to share resources and best practices and influence global policy.

ELIGIBILITY
- Different fields: Journalism, media, activism, advocacy, community mobilization, creative arts, community leadership, academia, and human rights.
- Requirements: Full or professional proficiency in English, Spanish, or French.
- Applicants should also demonstrate contextual relevance, problem identification, solution feasibility, and capacity to build community resilience.
- Also remember that The 2024 Fellowship aims to support ten civil society actors working on community responses to organized crime that strengthen resilience in fragile regions affected by conflict, violence and criminal governance. So make sure your work is centered around what was mentioned.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- You should be able to address community needs related to organized crime.
- You should engage in collaborative activities with other Fellows.
- Lastly, you should use funds in alignment with the Fellowship’s objectives and principles of professionalism, integrity, and transparency.
